Our air separation nitrogen plants are manufactured with high quality ASME certified materials that are able to withstand extreme temperature and pressure. Components such as air compressors and purifiers are bought only from the best known OEMs. The N2 plants come in various sizes and capacities ranging 20m3/hr to 5000m3/hr. As per client specifications, our products are highly customizable. Moreover, our company is also conscious of environmental protection so follow environment-friendly policies. Manufacturing is done in complete compliance with internationally approved safety and environmental policies.
The plants are used in wide range of industries including food packaging, fertilizers, and chemical analysis and creating inert environment. It is known as the largest industrially consumed gas so one can understand its utility. The plants can generate nitrogen with purity up to 99.9%, which is adequate for all types of applications. As might be aware, air separation column is the most important part of the machinery. The columns are made cryogenic grade stainless steel for ensuring both durability and solid performance.
Our nitrogen gas plants are made as per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internationally approved standards of quality. For compliance with global quality standards our products have been awarded with ISO 9001:2008 and CE certifications.
Air compressor: We use screw type rotary air compressors for manufacturing of smaller plants with capacities up to 1000m3/hr. For big capacities plants we use centrifugal air compressors.
Air pre-cooling system: In the fabrication of our air separation plants we use a chilling system in our pre-cooling systems.
Air purification system: The purification systems are equipped with molecular sieves beds for doing purification. It aids in eliminating carbon dioxide and moisture from the process air at low pressure.
Rectification column: Rectification column we use is the state-of-the-art. It employs high quality plate & fin heat exchanger, condenser and sub-coolers. It is supplied along with the plant complete with control systems.
Turbo-expander: It is important equipment used for cooling the air for achieving liquefaction. Our expanders deliver hassle-free functioning. Being bought from the reputed OEMs they are durable and reliable.
Automation system: We achieve automation in the plant machinery by employing a PLC system. It uses valves from Germany or Japan. In the cold box we use motorized cryogenic valves.
